Track Employee Progress through Email Alerts. 

CSO's web-based training platform allows companies to track and record employee participation.  All CSO compliance programs are built with a 21-day internal clock.  This feature allows for employees to be reminded through email alerts to watch any program that have been assigned to them.  Management is also notified via email if an employee has reached the 14-day and 21-day limits and has not yet viewed the training program or passed the corresponding tests. 
 
 

An E-Record: Certificate of Completion.

In signing up for CSO's web-based training platform you have an electronic record as proof of your company's training efforts.  Each employee is assigned a unique login and password.  This identifies his/her participation in your selected training programs.  Whether you use this record for employee performance reviews, or as documentation for defense in a lawsuit, you're sure to have a measure on who is viewing.
